I don’t get why this fruit gets such a bad reputation—it’s only 60-70 kcal per 100 grams and tastes just like candy. To be honest, it’s the only fruit that truly satisfies my crazy sweet tooth, and it’s so good. Fresh mangoes just came back in stock where I live, and I had to make an appreciation post because they’re hands down the best food for me when I’m trying to eat mindfully and restrict calories. Seriously, try them with a little lime juice and a sprinkle of stevia or sugar (or even a bit of tajin, if you're a spicy gal) then freeze them—they taste just like frozen grapes, but even better.
