You might think 700 is a lot for one meal, but for IF my macros are good and I'm on target since this burrito bowl will probably be split up into 2 smaller meals with an allotment for late night snacking!!

I've finally chipped at a plateau long enough to continue with consistent weight loss. IF seems to be the ticket to my goal weight so I'm gonna keep it up but also respect that some days I won't be able to fast until dinner and that's okay.

I can already tell the macros in this will be all wrong for me. Glad it works for you.

  2. I’m glad some of y’all dig my dinner!

Here’s the recipe for anyone who’s interested:

Brown rice – Pulled pork – Blend of corn and peppers – Fiesta mix shredded cheese – Guacamole – Diced tomato – Salsa

    Macros:

    Calories: 700 – Carbs: 72g – Fat: 32g – Protein: 30g

  3. There’s been a lot of discourse about my eating habits and lifestyle since I made this post. I’d like to hopefully clear some things up and reiterate that this being my MAIN meal of the day doesn’t mean that this is my ONLY meal for the day. Also, splitting my meal is not a toxic weightloss behavior, I simply get full quickly and didn’t want an upset stomach, I’m trying to volume eat and this was a larger portion (not calories but sheer amount) than I’m used to. I even posted my dessert later on and also had food I simply chose not to share with Reddit.

I hope you all understand that my contributions to this subreddit do not reflect my entire life outside of this platform. I am openly intermittent fasting, cutting/tracking calories, and trying to do right by my body at every meal time.

Although I do appreciate the concern, I still believe my behavior falls well within this subs guidelines and standards. I don’t know why my post, out of all of the low cal foods posted regularly, created so much discussion and arguably backlash.

I’m comfortable with my food intake, my exercise routine, and my “healthy” lifestyle at the end of the day. I appreciate the support and concern as well, undeniably; I’m just confused I guess.
