


I’m not a breakfast person so I decided to try these protein shakes.
Lunch was leftovers from fajitas last night.
Dinner was a foraging-the-cupboard meal because I got the ick from my original plan when I realized my produce was not good. At least a good ol’ can of tuna hits the spot!
Usually I notice that I’m still hungry after 1200 calories so I’ve been aiming for 1300-1400 but today had like 130 grams of protein and that seemed to do a good job at keeping me full.
