




Nothing super fancy here but I’m happy with this day of eating!
Breakfast- spinach/cheese egg muffins (made with half egg whites/half whole eggs) with a blob of Valentina hot sauce for dipping. I realized as I’m posting this that I forgot to log the hot sauce but it’s negligible.
Lunch- leftover pulled pork over cauli rice and bed of arugula with a homemade chipotle ranch dressing
Snacks – raw veggies and a protein shake
Dinner – grilled chicken thigh, rice, canned green beans
