I really enjoyed these on my recent flight! I went out & got a bag. They come in other flavors too!

I am obsessed with these! On my last flight I was seated in the back and they were all out by the time they got to me. I was devastated 🙁

I had them on a plane liked them so much that I found them in the store and was disappointed they were so expensive. But after some googling realized they’re really really shockingly easy to make!
You can get puffed quinoa on Amazon, then mix with coco powder, melted coconut oil and agave and/or honey. Mix it into a batter and scoop onto a cookie sheet and pop in the fridge until they harden. I’ve even added protein powder with good results (it makes it more chewy and less crispy though .)
The puffed quinoa is so good and versatile- it tastes like that old cereal Kix

I ate these on a united flight 2 days ago! So glad I chose them over the pretzels or fruit bar. Super crumby though.
