    •2 tbsp blueberry

    •2 tbsp raspberry

    •2 tbsp sea moss gel

    •1 tbsp heavy whipping cream

    •¾ cup almond milk

    •½ scoop isopure zero carb vanilla whey protein

    •1 tbsp sugar substitute

    Directions
    Add all ingredients to a blender blueberry, raspberry, sea moss gel (optional), heavy whipping cream, almond milk, vanilla whey protein, and sugar substitute. Blend together for 30 seconds to a minute until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
