25g of dried fruits. First of all it’s my substitution for chocolate, second it’s kind of healthy.

My 4 cups of coffee. (2 in the morning, 2 in the afternoon)

Office treats. People bake things or bring sweets back from travel. I hate turning it down (feels rude in a way) so I just make room for it.

For me it’s rice. I honestly don’t understand how it’s a staple of diets when it’s so calorie dense. And cauliflower rice is absolutely horrible and not a substitute at all.

So while extremely calorie dense I also refuse to live a life without it lmao

  4. 150 of my daily calories go towards the 30g serving of this amaaaaazing dark chocolate and raspberry bar that I love. ❤️ Always worth it.

When I am eating a salad at my favorite restaurant (as a treat since I try to eat at home for nearly all my meals), I will get a small side of fries!

But on a regular basis I don’t really “cheat” and instead stick to whole foods. I’m blessed to not have a big sweet tooth and I absolutely do not keep chips (my weakness) in the house! Might sound restrictive to some but I don’t feel that way

  6. Food from my home country, its very greasy and tons of empty carbs but it makes me feel like home so I have it as a big breakfast and then skip lunch!

Dessert-y drinks like matcha frappucinos with whipped cream. I just make them at home and cut back on calories where I can. It’s considered a big no-no sometimes to drink calories but I do it a few times a week. Drinks can be quite filling as well.

  8. My biggest soft spot is milk tea and boba, so I make sure I can fit that in on the weekends as a sweet treat! 🧋
