FYI for spicy mayo, use kewpie for the most authentic flavor. Use low-fat mayo for 80% of the taste with less cals and added expense of kewpie (and may be hard to find for some people…like me). I do equal parts mayo and sriracha (5g each in this case) with a half gram of sesame oil.
