
ik protein shakes are normally used as meal replacements, but i’ve been having mine as dessert to replace ice cream. however, almost 300 cals is a lot to squeeze in for dessert (plus i love toppings so i’m looking for low-cal toppings to blend in. marshmallows have been great but i also am eyeing Oreos even though ik that’s a lot)
i’ve tried putting in less protein powder but then it’s not as flavorful and it’s kinda meh…does anyone have any protein shake super hacks or is this as good as i’m going to get?
