What’s your go-to low-calorie pancake topping? I’m always looking for new ideas! I just made one with Greek yogurt, cacao powder, vanilla extract, Himalayan salt, and stevia—turned out amazing!

I mix a sugarfree maple syrup with cacao powder and salt. Not the most filling but it works when you want something chocolatey for very few calories.

I use either apple sauce and cinnamon or the low calorie salted caramel spread I ordered from Amazon.
For savory, Exquisa.1% cream cheese with chili powder

Sugar free maple syrup or homemade blueberry syrup. Look up how to make blueberry syrup online, it’s so easy and you can add swerve/Splenda sweetener and keep the syrup in your fridge!
