
Just wanted to share my go to lunch now a days… Why no one told me I could have uncooked but delicious vegetables for so little calorie! It’s so filling it was hard to finish. 1 can of artichoke (70 cal), 30 gm of kalamata olives (55 cal) and bunch of grape tomatoes( 20 cal)…salty+sweet. and cheap!
