Is this a reasonable ‘yoghurt’ to eat daily for breakfast?

It fills me up for 4-5 hours and is 148kcals. I prefer to have a more calorie dense dinner so I keep breakfast and lunch light on the calories.

I’m just wondering if it’s bad to consume this daily because it’s soft cheese?
