1. Chipotle Sauce (5g of protein for 45cal) – came up with this last night and am obsessed , planning on using it on tacos tonight. Blended: 1 serving of cottage cheese with two chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, half a lemon, and 3 teaspoons of chicken bouillon.

  2. Shrimp Stir Fry – Shrimp, 8 oz of green beans, 1 bag of fire roasted bell peppers and onions from Trader Joe’s and 1 tablespoon of olive oil + various seasonings.
