Hey everyone, I came across this Detox Supplements Review and was curious about the claims it makes. It talks about cleansing, boosting energy, and improving digestion with various detox products.
Not really certain how well these supplements actually do their job. Anyone else taking similar products? Do they work, or is it just marketing? Love to hear any of your thoughts or experiences before diving in.
Thanks in advance!

It’s bullshit. Your liver and kidneys detox you. Just take care of yourself and make their job easier by eating healthfully and not overdoing it on booze
Actually it’s a complete scam. No amount of milk thistle or dandelions is going do a cleanse or detox. If eating dandelions and thistles could make us all thin and healthy we would cultivating them and fighting wars over them.
Do not waste your money. Also, many of them are just laxatives.
Are scams, and many can cost you health and not just money.
Your body doesn’t need a detox. This is why we a have a liver.

Personally, I don’t believe in this stuff
None of these products do anything, I promise you.
Why does this post feel like an ad?
The best detox is just drinking a lot of water
This looks like another version of snake oil that’s been nicely packaged as “wellness.”
If you’re concerned about your diet, I strongly recommend seeing a nutritionist or dietitian. They can provide direction on how to modify your diet to ensure you’re getting the proper nutrients, macros, calories, etc.
Outside of specific scenarios (think mercury poisoning, excessive iron), I don’t know that a detox diet isn’t a thing, medically speaking. If a person requires a form of detox, it should be prescribed and managed by a doctor—not some rando selling supplements or “wellness.”
I’ve done various juice cleanses over the years with the understanding that any results are temporary, and it won’t solve/cure anything. It’s helped me hit the reset button on my eating habits, possibly helped my digestive system get moving, so to speak.
As with anything of this nature, it’s always best to talk with your doctor first. 🙂
