
So, my freezer is still stuffed with my mom’s holiday dishes (we’re talking super calorie-dense dishes). She was here over Christmas and went all out. I can’t bring myself to throw any of it away—it feels like tossing out love 🙁 So I’ve been pacing myself, enjoying a small portion every few days to keep my diet intact. Today’s was paired with stir fried cauliflower sprinkled with some garam masala powder.
Anyone else still juggling leftovers?
