Just had three for 210 cal and about 33 g of protein. So simple and delicious !

recipe for 4 servings:

About 80 g of cottage cheese blended with 200 g of egg whites

Chop up roasted red pepper, spinach, a slice of cooked turkey bacon and sprinkle on top of egg mixture poured into silicon molds

Place mold on a baking pan filled with some water and bake at 350° for 35 minutes
