Guys it is INSANE how much food 1200 calories comes to if you track your food accurately.
Today I’ve had:
Bone broth (40 cals)
Egg white omelette (250 cals)
Feta stuffed sweet potato (1/2 for lunch half for dinner) (360 cals)
1 cup popcorn (50 cals)
1 cup strawbs (50 cals)
1 Apple (70 cals)
Kit Kat (206 cals)
2 x coffee (100 cals)
Diet Coke (0 cals)
3 x ‘Mock tails’ (10 cals)
1136 calories.
That’s so fucking good I’m so full and I feel great. I love snacking and not a big water fan. Never tracked my calories before this week and shocked at how much I can eat when I’m health conscious. I’m actually wondering how people eat more (including me).

that does not sound like enough food for me in a day, but if you are happy i’m happy. (5’3, 140)
I was surprised too! It really isn’t so bad. I have 2 coffees; a large chicken salad every day for lunch; and either a 3-4 egg scramble with ground chicken; or, a pork loin with a huge side of veggies. I have this basically every day in some combination.
I can also have a piece of fruit if I’m craving something sweet. I find cutting up the apple and eating from a cute little bowl makes it more enjoyable to eat rather than eating it whole.
If I go to the gym I can also add another 300 calorie meal or snack to my day, which is sometimes a carb for a treat. Love homemade fries.
It’s very doable. I can do this forever and then when I do have a cheat day I don’t have to feel guilty. I had Korean the other day and felt at peace knowing that I was back on routine the next day. Almost 100 lbs down.
