For context I am 5’0”, 24, and currently 145lbs! This lunch helped me stay on schedule and lose 10lbs in 2 months. I skip breakfast and drink straight espresso and sometime around the afternoon I have my big soup lunch! I buy the broth in bulk at costco and buy the soup from Costco for around $13. At my costco they sell it in big square containers next to all the other costco prepped food (rotisserie chicken, Caesar salad, etc). 1 box will last me a week and make around 7 servings. I eat 2 servings for lunch with half a serving of bone broth just because I like my soup to be more soup-y. Im a big soup girl but honestly hate cooking so this has helped me a ton! Im sure you could make your own variation for less $$ and with better macros but this is what works for me (: In total it comes out to 242 calories, 20g of protein, 28g carbs, & 5g fat!
