


I just discovered the lowcalfinds sub on here and came across this. I had to try it and 10/10. I’d recommend you check out the sub too!
Side note: this plate was not deep at all and I flattened the noodles. I added spinach mushrooms and tomatoes to the pasta with a basil pesto sauce. I’m not super anal about weighing my veggies, but the pasta salmon and the sauce was weighed.
Soooo filling this pasta is going to change my weight loss 🥹🥲might actually finally reach my goal this year I’m just so impressed
