


I think I did it! I've found a daily eaing plan that I can consume everyday, reach my calorie goals, and it has pretty decent macros! Technically it's slightly over 1200 calories, but not much. And yes, I will add a vegetable here and there. This is huge for me because I have an aversion to cooking, grocery shopping, etc. Could be lacking some essential nutrients I see, so any tips are welcome but honestly I'm just feeling very proud of this plan!
