



Chicken enchilada with huge green salad
I used homemade egg white crepes. This time I made one big square shaped wrap.
113g carton egg whites
5g gelatin
5g psyllium husk powder
Whisk together until froty. Spread the batter on the pan. Fry for approximately 2 mins. Flip when the edges start to curl.
For me it’s a great substitution to Egglife wraps.
