

This was a nice, filling breakfast, and could be made lower calorie with low carb bread. Here’s the recipe I used:
- 2 slices honey wheat bread
- 58g avocado
- 115g cottage cheese
- 1 tsp dill
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- top with red pepper flakes (optional)
