Quick afternoon snack idea when craving potato chips!

Slice a tiny potato, patted dry with kitchen tissues, lined the slices on a baking paper (no stacking). Sprinkle half with za'atar and half with smoked paprika, salt and nutritional yeast.
Microwave for about 5 mins at 500W until they lose moisture and start looking like potato chips.

You can also spray potatoes with oil, but they are also ok without.

I recommend using sprinklable salt, not like mine that clumped up upon microwaving (I love salt, so it wasn't a problem taste-wise, but a little too much sodium intake-wise).
