
First we are not vegetarians by any means, but my wife can no longer eat beef due to an allergy. We tend to eat a lot of chicken and are tired of it. Since she doesn’t eat beef i don’t really bother cooking it for myself and I really don’t miss it.
I was craving a chilli and we used this as a beef replacement. It was ok but my question to this group is what’s your thoughts on these soy replacement products?
I have read that the Beyond Meat burgers sure they aren’t beef but are they that much better for you, so does this stuff fall into that category?
