  1. DragonType9826 on

you need the yellow one, I don’t think this one would shred into spaghetti, but it probably would roast really well. Granted, I’ve never tried to spaghetti this kind.

  2. It won’t get stringy like a spaghetti squash. You need one specifically labelled as a spaghetti squash

  3. This looks like a white acorn squash, sometimes called a mashed potato squash, so no. (Assuming you wanted it to make spaghetti-like strands when baked.)

  4. No, but I bet it would be delicious cubed and roasted in the oven! I’ve never had acorn squash, but that’s what I do with pumpkin, and butternut squash.

  5. If you’re looking for spaghetti squash in the UK Sainsbury’s sell it! It’s only for a limited time though and I’m guessing not every Sainsbury’s but I saw it in there the other week

  6. This one is sold in my area as a “mashed potato squash”. It is shaped like an acorn squash, but the inside is a very creamy white when cooked. It does not have the spaghetti texture.

There are a lot of new hybrids.
