Why? What do you eat during Ramadan?

Hey, gentle reminder that Ramadan is a big and difficult thing. It’s okay to not do everything perfectly on top of Ramadan. Take care of yourself and your needs, enjoy your time and meals with family and please don’t worry about the exact amount of calories. You are less than 100 calories over per day, so you are still at a deficit. It would still be fine to not be at a deficit during this month.
When you look back in a few years, will you think “I’m glad I reached my goal weight exactly the date I did” or will you not care about that and instead fondly remember experiencing this big part of your religion with your family?
Tl;dr don’t forget about your well being and the big picture. Enjoy your time with family and don’t be too hard on yourself for the sake of just tens of calories

Yeah I’ve realised during Ramadan I find it harder to lose weight especially because I’m a binge eater I can easily eat 6k calories I 1 sitting so this wil. Be a challenge alright

Honestly that doesn’t look too bad. Two days over and you’re only over by 146 for the week? You’ll be fine. Just hang in there and after the month is over you can get back on track.

Hey ramadans rlly hard. If you’re fasting all day your body’s naturally gonna want to eat like 50,000 calories in one sitting.

It’s only 146 over, and it’s all about consistency. So if there’s a few oops days it won’t kill your progress. I’m sure your fasting is hard, don’t beat yourself up worse.

I feel like on Ramadan you should aim for maintenance, which is already hard enough btw. Don’t beat yourself up and enjoy family time and all the delicious food!

I find it difficult as well to stay under 1500kcal during this month that’s why i aim to increase my physical activity like taking more steps during the day or a 20-30min hiit-cardio workout 2h after Iftar.
