Hello guys! I went back on my weight loss journey and I’ve been experimenting with low-cal low-carb substitutes that don’t require a bunch of work.

This wrap has been a huge lifesaver and it’s great for a filling snack if you feel the need to eat!

  • use the “carb balance” 12oz flour tortillas from Mission, they’re only 70cal each
  • the Japanese item is 80% lite Kewpie Mayo
  • I just shred a whole Costco rotisserie chicken every week into tupperware and then weigh out what I eat

Of course you can always add more chicken and arugula if needed – the tortilla being so low cal lets you have some bigger portions! And it’s super filling even at this much.

Plus, it leaves room for a small ice cream dessert 👀🙏
