
So I usually walk 3.3 miles a day consistently for the last 40 days and today I pushed myself to do more since I was getting comfortable. Anyways, for TDEE calculations what is this activity level considered. Particularly if Iām doing this every single day. Also, if the extra 1.5ish miles I did today pushes the activity level up a grade please let me know. Thanks in advance! š
