Without the egg, just the pancakes are 360cal. I'm shocked at how filling this is, and looking at it without tracking, I would've guessed it's more like 700cal. Nice reminder that completely normal homemade meals can actually be calorically reasonable. No sugar free/fat free stuff for max flavor and satiety, but I bet you could add some whey powder for extra protein and volume in exchange for some toppings/fat.

breakdown:

batter:
146g buttermilk pancake mix with water
3g matcha powder
3g oil
pinch of sugar/salt

4g butter for the pan

toppings:
tsp of pumpkin seeds & flaxmeal
5g dulce de leche
10g mascarpone
150g strawberries

The egg with hot sauce was a random addition from someone that left it behind. It's gonna become a staple snack though. Cholula is mandatory.
