I know you’re probably joking, but i wouldn’t recommend eating these for longer than necessary. They can cause crazy gastrointestinal events after a while.
Also, even though it is only 1195 cals you couldn’t survive off those nutrients, only 27g protein.

Haha we get em at the commissary for camping. The lil heater thing is fun if they have that. My husband packs 2 or 3 a day for himself though ๐ฅฒย

1200 should only be done by very short sedentary women. Too many people come to the sub and promote 1200 for people regardless of height and weight and activity amount. Calculate tdee and then calculate a good and safe deficit
