75g cherry tomatoes
100g cauliflower rice + 50g green peas
100g turkey breast milk
1 egg
1 tablespoon of olive oil

A 200ml icy creamy brown sugar corn juice for desert, which added another 100cal, but i needed it so bad 😌

I've been eating this set on and off for two weeks, actually made me feel happy and full. 😊
