I always try to eat relatively balanced meals, but part of that, for me, also means having some tea and cookies every night. I usually have a light breakfast, a main meal, possibly a savory snack, and then the rest of the calories go to weets and tea while I read before bed. As part of this, I created an excel spreadsheet listing various sweets with their category, store, brand name, price, calories per piece, calories per gram, etc. It's useful for me so I can plan grocery lists with some lower cal options and some higher cal special treats included while sticking to just a few stores and not going over budget.
Feel free to take a look or make suggestions and I'll see about adding them. Anything too too high calorie or sold outside my country will be skipped, though.
Edit: I am actively editing and adding new things all of the time. I'm turning the spreadsheet into a general snacks spreadsheet with a focus on sweets since I eat more of those. I just added drop-down color-coded sections for the store and category labels. I'm at nearly 90 options for cookies, pastries, and candies after today's update.

Love this! I keep a list of 100-200 cal snacks, because in the moment when I’m hangry and snacky, I can’t remember what I can eat.
Is it just me or does anyone else get suspicious of TJ’s calorie counts? I think they were under fire for this a while back but it’s always best to weigh out anyways
