I always loved peanut butter. Before, I was on a mealplan and had to eat peanut butter every morning ( almost) so I experienced with different stuff.

  1. I loved banana and peanut butter toast natural 7/10 or the normal one 8/10 (like JIF). I like cinnamon on it with the banana as well but just with natural peanut butter tho 8/10. My husband also showed me the trick of drinking milk while eating my toast. Sooo good. I personnaly like soy milk from Silk but he prefers real milk 3.25%. I dp not like the milk trick with natural peanut butter alone pr with banana. The only way I like it with natural peanut butter is with banana AND cinnamon. 8.5/10. Normal peamut butter + cinnamon + soy milk = 9/10.

  2. Then I tried oatmeal with raw apple and normal peanut butter ( I had to take a serving of fruit every morning as well). So good but basic 6/10.

  3. I then experimented by cooking the apple in the microwave with cinnamon ( I explain how at point 4) and adding it on top of my oatmeal with natural peanut butter and maple syrup. Please do not try this with normal peanut butter, it is not good with the maple syrup. 9/10. Very sugary but sooo good and easy. Also little tip, had a bit of salt to apples.

  4. I experienced again not long ago with apples. I cut one apple in cubes, add cinnamon and put it in the microwave 1min30. I then sprinkle a little bit of salt on the apples and mix. I like my bread to be warm ( homemade bread always better). I then spread some NORMAL peanut butter on my hot bread ( please do not attempt with natural, it is not good) and put a good layer of cooked apple. I then enjoy. 9.5/10. Sooooo good.

By the way, I say I invented it but people probably did this before I guess. I just wanted to share this as, this satisfies ( the 4th one especially) my craving for sweets. I loveeeeee this meal. It is nutrisious ( whole wheat bread, milk, apples and peanut butter) and delicious. I by no means think that cake or other swerts are enterly bad or anything but I do care about my health and I think a lot of people do too. I mean, besides the normal peanut butter, it is pretty natural for something sweet and it is very satisfiying and filling. Also, it doesn't give you that sugar crash. I also don't like those fake low cals sweet. I do not find it satisfying at all and it as so many additives. Anyway, not here to create a debate about this ( I already feel people coming for my neck lol).

I hope y'all will enjoy my little recipe. Let me know your feedback, I would love to know if you enjoyed it or not and what did you try exactly!
