
Top left is Quaker's Blueberries & Cream Instant Oatmeal. One packet of oatmeal is 110 calories and 3g of protein. I used 1/2 cup almond milk to make my oatmeal which is an additional 15 calories and 0.5g, making the oatmeal 125 calories and 3.5g protein.
Top middle is Huy Fong Sriracha Ahi Tuna jerky, it's 90 calories and 9g of protein.
Top right is Premier Protein Café Latte protein shake, it has 160 calories and 30g of protein. I had this for breakfast with the oatmeal.
Bottom left is shrimp mac and cheese. I used a box of Market Pantry Macaroni & Cheese Dinner Spiral Shapes, which is 500 calories and 16g of protein. I made it with 3tbsp of almond milk which is 4ish calories. I added 5 pieces of Good & Gather Jumbo Cooked Shrimp, which was an additional 60 calories and 12g protein. Finally to add even more protein I added 2tbsp of nutritional yeast, for 40 calories and 5g protein. In total making the shrimp mac and cheese 604 calories and 33g protein.
Bottom right is honey bunches of oats with almonds cereal. 1 cup of that is 170 calories and 3g protein. I used 1/3 cup almond milk, which is 10 calories, making the bowl of cereal 180 calories and 3g of protein.
Total: 1,149 calories and 78.5g protein.
Can you tell I was trying to get rid of the almond milk?
