I added 1 tsp of baking powder to the mix (for 12 waffles). The recipe calls for eggs and oil but you don’t need them.
To make 12 waffles mix 1 2/3 cup of mix with 1 tsp of baking powder + 1 1/3 low cal pbased milk. Add additional water to get it thin enough for either pancakes or waffles (waffle batter needs to be thinner).
I think I prefer the pancakes to the waffles because they’re fluffier

Omg the Annie’s Birthday Cake Bunnies are like crack to me so I can only imagine how delicious that flavor is in a waffle or pancake. Definitely grabbing a box of this next time I hit the store. Thank you for letting me know this exists! I usually make waffles and pancakes from scratch, so I’d have walked right by it in the store without even noticing it.
