I only need 1/4 cup of the nog, which frothed up to a full cup (35 calories) + one shot of espresso (3 calories), sprinkled with nutmeg. The nog is quite thick out of the carton, a little sweet, but not overly sweet. It has a slight yellow color and froths up like a dream. Next time, I might go with a double shot of espresso.

Was this gooey when you got it or did I get a bad batch? It tasted ok but was very… slimy and thick.
