652 calories for the entire thing, I divided it into 6 slices and packed away half for meal prep.

Egg whites, zucchini, skim ricotta, brocolli, carrots, and purple cabbage (brocoli slaw mix is easy to add to things!), with rosemary, red pepper flakes, dill, and onion powder sprinkled on top.

I used the carb counter tortilla as the crust which is fine but a little bitter, and I think I can get away with using actual pie crust but just less of it by rolling it out very thin.

I used a small diameter cast iron so it ended up being very deep and took over an hour to cook, which I should have anticipated 😅
