Anytime I make a meal that doesn’t have a lot of veg I have like 1/2 a can of french style green beans as a starter/side. So easy and low cal.

I used to do this when I was in college, can of veggies plus a microwavable rice pack or beans or something when I didn’t have a kitchen. I still hate cooking lol.

Canned?

This post reminds me of the time my mother and I went to a mall and saw a lady take out cans of food from her bag. She took out a can opener and open all the cans. Then she had her meal. Once she was finished, she just threw the cans away.
I’m not a fan of canned vegetables. I do like canned beans and canned fruit.
How long before you were hungry again?

I don’t get the down votes. I would enjoy that and be pretty satisfied. How is this more disordered than the tiny bowls with an ounce of cottage cheese and 3 berries or tiny plates of egg whites that get posted all the time.

Ice cubes are less calories and also take more time to chew. Don’t swallow the teeth though, those have calories

I’m glad it works for you, but I have to say it- this lunch looks like I’d rather be fat.

So tired of these disordered eating posts. Like. If you’re poor and this is all you could afford ok. But for this to be “lunch” I am concerned what the rest of the day looks like. And the fact that when someone else said this is disordered eating but they were here for 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯. I am so tired of seeing posts like these being normalized.

I like to add add Italian dressing. It’s one of my cold salads on rotation.

I find it funny people find this bad, sometimes I just eat a can of sweet peas
