



New to this community but loving the recipe inspo and thought I’d share one of my own! I’ve lost 7 pounds since July 1st (and been strength training a lot more so my body composition change has been wild). I’ve found most success by trying to maximize the amount of food I’m eating and packing in as many nutrients as I can. Makes it a fun little game that’s all about self love at its core.
I’ve been making a lot of kale salads (always massage the kale – it makes a huge difference!). Today I made a dressing out of fage 0%, dill, almond milk and lime. I added cherry tomatoes, red onions and Abbott’s vegan ground beef (I’m veg but if you eat meat grilled chicken would def be the move). So good, so filling, and so nutritious!
