1 Smallish potato, grated
2 tbsp Psyllium husk
1 tbsp 0 cal sweetener

The mixture is crumbly but I just pressed it into my waffle iron and finished them off in the air fryer because I was craving toast and they had to be crispy

The dip is just a couple tbsp of cocoa powder, an equal parts white and brown sugar substitutes (equal and Natvia brown if you're in Australia) and unsweetened almond milk until it was the right consistency (a little less than 1/4 cup) My cocoa powder is the chea stuff, not Dutch, so I had added a pinch of salt to neutralize the bitterness

Mine came out to about 269 calories for everything pictured 😍
