
I had a friend in college who said I could make chocolate cake with pumpkin purée. That’s it two ingredients.
Here I am almost 10 years later and wanted to try it out and share it with you fine people.
I used
1 box of betty Crocker chocolate fudge cake
1can of pumpkin purée
2 eggs
1440.2 calories (378 g cake mix)
157.5 (427 g small can pumpkin purée)
155 (2 large eggs )
Total: 1753 calories
195 calories if you split it into 9 honkin pieces
And some oil spray so it wouldn’t stick (you can definitely use parchment paper)
Hypothetically (according to my friend) you can not use the eggs. I didn’t want to waste ingredients so I was trying to give it a fighting chance using two eggs (the recipe usually calls for 3)
