
Before I started eating healthy my absolute favorite thing was slurping on some spicy ramen.
Today I tested out this recipe:

But I made a few adjustments.
I used lettuce wrap lettuce because it’s shaped long and when you boil it it ends up having the same effect of slurping noodles but it’s also crunchy which I love.
Also I added more stock than pictures so I made kind of a soup and I used a store bought Thai spicy garlic and chili seasoning. And I added some sriracha as well.
It turned out way better than I expected and hit the spot so good.
Now I can finally slurp spicy things I’m so happy lol.
