I am 29, 5’3”, & 115 lbs. my dr confirmed one of my suspicions that I may have PCOS so I have made some changes to my diet.

First, I want at least 35-45g of protein every single meal. I want to eat less than 100g net carbs everyday. & lastly I plan on adding a lot more fatty foods since they increase the amount of GLP-1 in the gut naturally. I have increased the amount that I eat for breakfast, decreased my dinner calories, & absolutely no snacking!

I made this “sandwich” by mixing eggs, cottage cheese, mushrooms, dill, spices, wild caught steelhead, & mozzarella. Baked in the oven on some parchment paper. Then I cut it into squares. Mashed avocado & cream cheese with the scraps of the egg & put them in as sandwich filling. It was so delicious & easy!
