4 oz of 93% ground beef = 140 cals ( i went by what the package says , i checked on myfitnesspal and it kept saying 160 cals for 4 oz sooooo idk use what ur comfortable with )

2 slices of velveeta cheese slices = 80 cals

1/2 tsp of oil = 20 cals

2 tomato slices , 2 slices of red onion , lettuce and pickles = 30 cals

2 schimdt old tyme sandwich rolls = 160 cals

1 tbsp of light mayo = 35 cals

1 tbsp of ketchup = 20 cals

  1. Wow, better than a fast food place. I love adding loose greens or spinach. That would go great with russet fries or sweet potatoes with a side of coleslaw or a salad?

  2. home made burgers are always so much better then the fast food chain versions, taste wise and visually!

  3. Are these rolls 160 for both? Always puts me off making burgers as even when I make them healthy they always end up about 400 calories each so can’t justify having two and one isn’t enough!
