    Not a great diet day lol obviously but we take what we get sometimes

    Breakfast: 2 chips ahoy (yikes)

    Lunch: triple zero oikos yoghurt and a pear with 2 scoops of collagen peptide protein

    Dinner: Alfredo sauce, blanched kale, heart of palm linguini. This linguini surprised me by how good it is given that it only has 20 calories per serving! I have about 1.5 servings in my bowl there

    Snack: big ass bakery cupcake. Had to guesstimate the calories but I feel like it was around 500. Worth it hehe

    Total cals for the day is around 1433 with 56g protein!

  2. Pastries and bakery foods are my guilty pleasure, especially since my family buys them from Costco, so its always tempting me. Lately my alternative is making protein waffles and a pbfit/ sugar free jam sandwich on toasted orowheat double fiber bread + a small apple. Usually that satisfies my snack, dessert craving. For awhile I was also having daily pints of protein ice cream from ninja creami

  3. I’m so curious about hearts of palm pasta. What’s the texture like? (also, may I ask the app?)

  4. That looks so good! We have a locally bakery as a client and they just brought in a box of artisan donuts….I had a churro donut with way too much cinnamon buttercream & it was divine!! They are vegan, so I told myself its basically a salad lol
