      Had some routine blood tests done and my GP was slightly confused about my high B12 considering I’m vegan. Slightly embarrassed to work out eventually that it was my Monster habit at the source.

      My go to has been the Reign energy drinks! Though those do have 300mg Caffeine so be warned!

      I usually buy a 12 pack for 19$ through ebay, though the availability fluctuates a lot.

      I also got blood work back yesterday and had quite good B12! Can’t wait to inform my doctor it’s either the energy drinks or the nutritional yeast! lmao

      I was going to comment that these are gross but I drink a lot of Coke Zero so who am I to judge.
