these teas often contain either laxatives or high amounts of caffeine. some have ingredients that can cause liver or kidney damage. stick to regular teas from a known brand, not these diet teas

The herbals of Stash, sport tea, yogi, dandy blend, sleepytime are my fav. (Anything with anise.)

But ill 2nd what the other commentor said, anything too ‘detox’ branded should make you wary.

  3. Make sure the ingredients never list “senna”. It is a laxative. Honestly, I just like green tea because it’s hard not to feel healthy AF when drinking green tea and then I make better choices.

  4. Hope it wasn’t too expensive. Because you might as well just taken the money you spent on this and sat it on fire.

The results you get from it would be the same

  5. you could have… just gotten regular herbal tea… And it would have probably tasted better… 😭

  6. I make dandelion root tea because it makes me feel good. I like ginger or mint tea for bellyaches and camomile for sleep. Turmeric is so good for inflammation and I take it in capsules. I am a slut for matcha lattes with homemade oat milk. I grow mint and camomile myself and boil ingredients in a pot. Welcome to the world of tea, you’ll have even more fun making your own tastier and cheaper mixes once you’re indoctrinated. 😊
