    Forgive the sad plating lol, but tasted amazing! Chole (chickpea curry), soya bhurji (scrambled soy granules), rice, dash of yogurt and an egg for 342 calories and 23 grams protein.

  3. Weird question but how many calories of rice would it be if you filled the compartment containing rice with rice only?
