Dinner II: BBQ Boca burger patties on 1/2 bun w Taylor Asian salad mix with extra veggies
For the salsa salad and chili (all the spices are to taste):
Salsa salad – chopped up veggies and cilantro and dressing made from apple cider vinegar, dash chili powder, garlic powder, salt, sweetener, lime juice, onion powder
chili – chopped and pan fried veggies, browned Gardein crumbles, diced tomatoes, garlic, chili powder, onion powder, sweetener, salt, ground pepper, chopped chipotle in adobo sauce, cumin

Lunch: Salsa salad (recipe below), chips, 1 Amys enchilada
Dinner: Chili, saltines, seltzer water

How many carbs? I struggle with staying in the carb limit my doc set. Edit: nvm I see on the breakout posted
