Meal #1: -2x turkey sausage patties, -100g thawed frozen raspberries, -spinach & egg white scramble (4x scrambled egg whites in 1/2 tbsp of EVOO, 1/4 cup of spinach w/ salt, cumin, turmeric, and cayenne pepper) and -1x toasted keto bagel thin w/ 2 tbsp of guacamole and a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning.
Meal #2: Veggie burger (1x toasted keto bagel thin, 2 tbsp of guacamole, 1x boca burger patty, 1x egg fried in 1 tsp of EVOO, & 2 tbsp of crunchy onions) & 1/2 bag of quest loaded taco protein chips.
Snack: 5 cups of Orville redenbachers naturals simply salted popcorn.

Long time no post! I mean, it’s only been a few days but it feels like a long time :p. Been staying on track, with a couple interruptions (Covid really zapped my appetite and then we had a family dinner to attend so that was an OMAD day and the next day was a protein shake and soup day to compensate etc. etc.) but I can feel myself getting bored with this plan so I thought I’d start posting regularly again for a while to see if that can reinvigorate my motivation, especially since I’m so close to my gw 😩.
